Finally, i have my rest day after working full 9 days.. It's been a tiring week physically n emotionally for me. Work has always been bz... but coping well. Alhamdulilah. Love life.. so far coping well too.. Life during engagement period is never easy. U're bound to be tested. I can't say that it's always been pretty sweet all the time. U'll have ur ups n downs. The incident that we had recently, which im not going to brood over here.. has made me think a lot. I still have a lot to learn. I need to understand him more. Doesn't mean that u know that person for 6 yrs, u know him inside out. Well anyway, we managed to talk things out after giving each other space.
Anyway, today was a happy day for me! Rested well at home. Met dearest fiance in the late afternoon. Went to Geylang to window shop for some items for upcoming wedding. Didnt buy anything. Ate late lunch at Haig Road. After that, off we went to Orchard Road. It's Saturday n Valentine's Day as well, so we saw a lot of couple holding hands with rose bouquets n sculptured balloons n teddy bears. We dun feel anything cos we dun celebrate it at all. We had fun counting how many had big bouquet of roses... After that, we decided to look for Coffee Bean to sit down n chill but we couldnt find it anymore at Takashimaya. Ended up sitting at Starbucks sumwhere which i dun remember... Hehehe.... Had our caramel n double choc frap with warm mud cake. The mud cake is super sinful! I told him that it'll be sinful if i ate it alone. It's less sinful if he shared it wif me.. Hehehe.. Had a good long talk.. It felt nice after not seeing each other for almost a week. :) Maybe, we should do tat often. But i tink thats not a good idea. Cos i'll terribly miss him. The chat ended till late night n he sent me home. Of course, it's hard for me to let him go but i guess i have to wait for another 10 months till he's mine... *blushing* Mentel noraidah! Kekeke... I guess that's all the event for the day. I bet dearest fiance have alreadi went to slumberland by the time i blog this. :)
